Arrival and Departure
To take advantage of the full conference, attendees should plan to arrive at the hotel on Monday, May 21 and depart the hotel after 12:30 p.m. MT on Thursday, May 24.
Airport and Transportation
Denver International Airport (DEN) is 33 miles away from Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, which is approximately 40 minutes by car.
For transportation from the airport to the hotel, please review your taxi and shuttle options. Please note that taxis are not allowed (by law) to run the meter from the airport to downtown Denver.
There is also a Commuter Train, which goes from the airport to Union Station (downtown) for $9. For a more economical option, there is a free shuttle on 16th street.

Business casual attire is recommended. Casual attire is acceptable for the Welcome Reception on Monday evening, May 21, and at the Customer Appreciation Event on Wednesday evening, May 23.

Your ACI Exchange registration includes the Welcome Reception on Monday evening; breakfast and lunch on Tuesday; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Wednesday; and breakfast on Thursday. Food and beverages will also be available throughout the conference during designated break times.
