After a background in consulting and IT business services, Lu now helps ACI to develop strategic payments propositions, particularly in the emerging fields of Open Banking, new access models and real time alternative payment methods. Lu has over 20 years’ experience across a wide variety of payments markets.
Based on an interest in Behavioural Economics, Lu often creates thought-provoking (and sometimes unorthodox) viewpoints on public policy, consumer trends and regulatory drivers in the Financial Services industry, and is a regular speaker at industry events including Money2020 and SIBOS.
