Gaming and Telco are fundamentally different business verticals, but still they face similar challenges when it comes to managing risk, driving high acceptance and providing immediate feedback to the shopper. Gamers are not willing to wait for their transaction to be approved in one hour; telcos must be sure who is trying to top up voice/data/SMS and will not wait for manual review to get their order approved.
