This required “Three-Part” session designed for all members of the Global Sales Team will focus on maximizing opportunity while reducing the time to close deals in 2018 by eliminating both internal and external barriers and leveraging resources that exist within ACI including each team member’s personal brand.  This interactive session will help you maneuver deals through the “system” by assisting each person in: building mutual accountability, building personal credibility, enlisting the support of key ACI internal process players, identifying key success criteria to forecast deal closure, and maximizing tools and processes to eliminate deal “slip” or loss. Through interactive small group discussion, case studies, guided practice, and key partner interaction, participants will gain the skills required to close deals. Pre-work will be required (e.g., current Revegy Opportunity Plans in place for each person’s biggest Q1/Q2 deal).
