This session will provide an overview of the Solution Planning phase of the Implementation Methodology.  Key deliverables of the Solution Planning phase including the Solution Scope Document, SOW, Bid Pack and Workplan will be covered to ensure an understanding of purpose and accountability.  In addition, the session will focus on the expected engagement between the assigned Client Services Director, Solution Consultant, and Sales to ensure alignment on close dates, start dates, key milestones and deal constructs.  An enhanced understanding of the Solution Planning phase will result in better expectation setting with our potential customers.
