Tammy Wilson is the Director of Product Management for Jack Henry & Associates, Payment Solutions. Currently, Tammy is managing the implementation of the Zelle and TCH Real Time Payments solutions for Jack Henry, Symitar, and Profitstars brands. She previously worked with the Enterprise Payments of Jack Henry managing a platform that included mobile and desktop deposit, payment APIs, merchant acquiring, and ACH processing. Prior to Jack Henry, she worked with Computer Services, Inc., a core solutions provider, as a programmer analyst developing the emerging check imaging technology, and then as the Product Marketing Manager where she worked with hundreds of community banks on strategic initiatives in the areas of core deposit technology and payment solutions, including the implementation of Check 21. She started her career working in a large community multi-bank holding company. Tammy participates in several industry groups including the Faster Payments Council as well as the Payments Alliance Faster Payments workgroup. She has also served on NACHA and Regional Payments Associations’ advisory groups. Tammy has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and an M.B.A. from Murray State University in Kentucky and is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP).
