Andrew Paur currently serves as the Executive Vice President & Corporate Operations Officer for Woodforest National Bank, a bank with more than 750 branches across the United States. Prior to joining Woodforest, Mr. Paur’s previous roles have included roles with the PULSE Network and Discover Financial Services, where he simultaneously held positions as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel, respectively.

Mr. Paur is recognized by many as an expert in various aspects of retail banking including the legal, business, and technical aspects of retail payments. He is also a member of the State Bar of Texas and has previously held elected positions on the EMV Migration Forum (EMF) Steering Committee and the Texas Association of Bank Counsel (TABC). Mr. Paur has also participated in various industry committees and task forces including the Federal Reserve Board of Kansas City’s Faster Payments Task Force and the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) Bank Operations and Payments Executive Committee.
