Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsors of ACI Exchange 2019 are provided with a variety of platforms to showcase their company throughout the event. Our sponsorship opportunities are designed to fit need and budget. Sponsor passes are available with medal sponsorship packages (see below for details). Sponsorship deadline is May 3, 2019.
Solution Showcase Session (6)
As part of the enhanced exhibit hall this year, sponsors have the opportunity to display thought leadership and gain exposure through a 20-minute showcase live in the exhibit hall on Tuesday afternoon. Content is subject to ACI approval. Offer available through April 26, 2019. $3,500.00 NO LONGER AVAILABLE
Rise and Shine Session (6)
Does your company innovate through a partnership with ACI? Do you have industry expertise to share with conference attendees? This 40-minute educational breakfast session provides you the opportunity to position yourself as an industry thought leader and to gain maximum exposure by sharing your story with attendees. Your session will be highlighted in the event agenda alongside your logo. Content is subject to ACI approval. Sessions will be during Wednesday's breakfast. Exhibit Hall Branding Sponsor (1)
One UP your fellow sponsors by sponsoring the exhibit hall itself and providing the opportunity to make it bigger and grander than in any previous year. $10,000.00 NO LONGER AVAILABLE
Welcome Reception (1)
Our welcome reception, held right in the exhibit hall, kicks off the conference with a bang. Guaranteed to be a phenomenal event, be sure to be a part of it! Your company logo will be displayed on table tents and signage during the reception, as well as in all event materials. $8,000.00 SOLD OUT
Customer Appreciation Event (3)
The biggest event of the conference (and considered by many to be the best), the Customer Appreciation Event takes place on Wednesday night. After two full days of learning and networking, this is the time when attendees unwind and connect with new and old friends. Contribute to the good mood and fun times with this sponsorship selection. Comes with logo recognition on the agenda as well as at the event. $12,000.00
Conference Break (4)
Who doesn't need a break from all the action? Whether you need to refuel with a snack or reengergize with a soda, help provide that mid-day boost. Signage with your company's logo will be included at the break you select to sponsor, as well as in event materials. $4,000.00
Sponsor Table (14)
Sponsor tables will be set up in the foyer area, which is in the heart of the conference, during meals and breaks on both Tuesday and Wednesday. Each table includes a 6-foot table, 1 chair, drapery and a sign. Additonal signage, presentation materials and giveaways can be brought by you. Electricity and one power strip will be provided. Basic A/V is available for an additional fee. Exhibit hall open during all meals and breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday. $5,000.00
Hotel Key Card Envelope (1)
Your logo will be featured on one of the first things every attendee sees -- the hotel key card holder, given to them at the front desk upon check-in. Offer available through March 8, 2019. $5,000.00 NO LONGER AVAILABLE
Event Lanyard (1)
Your logo will be featured on the ACI Exchange lanyard, provided to every attendee at check-in. It'll be on full view during the entire conference, featured on attendees themselves throughout the week. $7,500.00 SOLD OUT
WiFi (1)
A popular option because... who doesn't love free WiFi? Be a hero by providing attendees with complimentary conference WiFi. Your company logo will be displayed in event materials, and you can choose a custom WiFi password. $7,500.00 SOLD OUT
Event Bag (1) 
At conference check-in, every attendee will be given an event bag containing promotional materials. Get your logo on that bag for early recognition during the week. The Exchange event team will take care of sourcing and ordering the bag and provide you with a preview for approval before the event. $5,000.00 SOLD OUT
Deluxe Notebook + Pen (1) 
Provide conference attendees with a notebook and pen, uniquely branded to promote your company! These will be handed out to each attendee during event check-in as part of the event bag. The Exchange event team will take care of sourcing and ordering these gifts and provide you with a preview for approval before the event. $10,000.00
Conference Welcome Gift (10) 
Provide conference attendees with a welcome gift of your choice (exclusion: notebook or pen), one that includes your logo. Gifts will be handed out to each attendee during event check-in as part of the event bag. You must ship the gift to the Washington Hilton by June 14, 2019. Gift subject to approval. $2,000.00

Medal Sponsorship

In addition to these sponsorship opportunities, we offer medal sponsorships based on your total spend. Your company can receive exclusive benefits only available to metal sponsors. If your sponsorship selections total $5,000 or more, you are automatically considered a medal sponsor and will receive exclusive benefits based on your medal tier.
Platinum Medal
For spending $15,000 or more, you are considered a platinum sponsor and will receive the featured benefits:
  • 3 full-price sponsor passes
  • One solution showcase session at no additional cost
  • Your company will be included on the event website, in a pre-conference sponsorship email and on all event materials as part of the platinum medal tier 
  • One post in the event mobile app during the conferrence acknowledging your platinum sponsorship
  • The conference host will mention your company as a platinum sponsor during the general session 
  • Supply a branded item to be included in the welcome gift bag given to all attendees at no additional cost
Gold Medal
For spending between $10,000-$14,999, you are considered a gold sponsor and will receive the featured benefits:
  • 2 full-price sponsor passes
  • Your company will be included on the event website, in a pre-conference sponsorship email and on all event materials as part of the gold medal tier 
  • One post in the event mobile app during the conferrence acknowledging your gold sponsorship
  • The conference host will mention your company as a gold sponsor during the general session
Silver Medal
For spending between $5,000-$9,999, you are considered a silver sponsor and will receive the featured benefits:
  • 1 full-price sponsor pass
  • Your company will be included on the event website, in a pre-conference sponsorship email and on all event materials as part of the silver medal tier

Sponsor/Partner Event Passes 

If you wish to send an additional staff member from your company to the event beyond what is included with your sponsorship selections, sponsor/partner registration fees for 2019 can be found below.
