Complete 4 Registration Steps
STEP 1: Review all general information on this event website using the tabs located across the top before booking any travel and/or registering for the program.
STEP 2: If traveling via plane, book your air travel through Concur or your local ACI travel provider.
STEP 3: Email Sarah Greenberg your arrival and departure dates to book a hotel room. Do not book using Concur or your local travel provider.
Arrival and Departure
Attendees should plan to arrive at the hotel on Monday, January 22nd and depart the hotel no earlier than 4:00pm PT on Thursday, January 25th.
Welcome Reception: Monday, January 22, 7:00-9:00pm
Day 1: Tuesday, January 23, all day
Day 2: Wednesday, January 24, all day
Day 3: Thursday, January 25, until 4:00pm*
*DO NOT BOOK RETURN FLIGHTS THAT REQUIRE YOU TO LEAVE THE HOTEL BEFORE 4:00PM
If pre-conference commitments or flight options require you to arrive before Monday or depart after Thursday, please request approval from your manager prior to booking.
