The 2019 Biller Mission Mid-Year Event is a 2.5-day meeting that assembles all of Sales, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Sales Engineering, Product and many of our critical business partners for a singular purpose: to ensure we are collaborating, planning and executing to the best of our abilities in the second half of the year to achieve our goals. This year’s event will be the first all-hands meeting of the newly-formed Biller Mission team that includes our colleagues from Speedpay.

The format of the meeting is designed to be interactive and afford every attendee a role in the execution of our second half plan:

Vertical Market Reviews: The vertical market reviews on Tuesday and Wednesday will be presented by cross-functional teams to provide a brief overview of the markets we target and a detailed discussion of the key deals that will allow us to hit our goals in 2019. These reviews are meant to both cross-educate the new organization and provide an opportunity for the CSMs or NBDs to present their key pipeline to the business, ask for help where needed, and tap into the experience of the full audience.

 

Product Updates: With the recent addition of the Speedpay teams, Product Management will play a critical role in this year’s meeting by highlighting the latest features from our application portfolios and discussing some of the exciting new roadmap development that will be available soon. To accommodate the interests of individuals and the broader group, the breakout sessions on Thursday will provide a choice of topics and a variety of demonstrations from the Product teams.
