NEW Registration Steps

STEP 1: Review all information on this event website using the tabs located across the top before booking any travel and/or registering for the program.
 
STEP 2: Complete your registration including your hotel reservation request. This year hotel accomodations will be booked and modified through the registration process.
 
STEP 3: Book your air travel through Concur or your local ACI travel provider (if applicable). The arrival airport code is MSY (New Orleans Louis Armstrong Intl Airport).
 
STEP 4: Once your flight is booked, update your registration to ensure it accurately reflects your hotel check-in and check-out dates.

Arrival and Departure

Attendees should plan to arrive at the hotel on Monday, January 21st and depart the hotel no earlier than 4:30 PM CT on Thursday, January 24th. 
 
Welcome Reception: Monday, January 21, 7:00-9:00 PM
Day 1: Tuesday, January 22, all day
Day 2: Wednesday, January 23, all day
Day 3: Thursday, January 24, until 4:30 PM*
*Do NOT book return flights that require you to leave the hotel before 4:30 PM. 
If flight options or non-GSKO commitments require you to arrive before Monday or depart after Friday, please request approval from your manager prior to booking.
