NEW Meetings at GSKO
We've made the following changes to this year's GSKO agenda to accommodate more time for ad hoc meetings:
- Team meetings will occur on Thursday as part of the overall agenda.
- Breakfast and lunch are now 90 minutes long to accomomodate meetings and Jifflenow must be used to reserve space. Meetings cannot be scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday outside of these times as everyone must attend scheduled programming.
- A limited number of meeting rooms are available on Monday 1/21 or Friday 1/25. You must complete the Side Meeting Form to request a room.
NEW Book Meetings via Jifflenow
Jifflenow is available to book breakfast or lunch meetings for those with 6 or more people attending.
- Jifflenow allows users to view all ACIers availability, reserve tables in the meals room during breakfast and lunch and automatically send out meeting invitations to attendees.
