If you're a Hilton Honors member, download the Hilton Honors mobile app to skip the reservation check-in and check-out lines.
The mobile app allows Hilton Honors members to:
- Express check-in to your room including providing your credit card information
- Select your room based on availability
- Access your room using your digital room key on your phone
- Express check-out and have your folio statement emailed
How-To Unlock Your Door Using Hilton's Digital Key
- Make sure your device's Bluetooth is turned on
- Open the Hilton Honors Mobile App
- Tap Stays on the bottom menu bar
- Tap Digital Key icon
- Hold your phone close to your hotel door
- Tap where it says Tap to Unlock
