Discounted Group Rate
$212 per night plus tax and occupancy fee.  All travel and lodging charges are the responsibility of the individual attendee's department. Health club and internet are complimentary with the rate.
 
Arrival and Departure
Attendees should plan to arrive at the hotel on Monday, January 21st and depart the hotel no earlier than 4:30 PM CT on Thursday, January 24th. 
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
 
Parking
For local attendees, self-parking at the hotel is $44 per day.

Ground Transportation

The Hilton New Orleans Riverside is 13 miles from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). 
 
ARRIVALS
Due to the variance in arrivals, ACI does not provide shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.  You may choose to take a taxi, Uber or make an advanced reservation with the Hilton Airport Transfer service. 
  • Average cost of a taxi is $36 one-way.
  • Average cost of an Uber/ Lyft is $34 one-way.
    • Pick-up is located at Transportation Center, across from the terminals.
  • Hilton Airport Transfer costs $24 one-way or $44 round-trip. Click here to reserve.
  • Rental cars will not be reimbursed.
 
DEPARTURES
ACI will provided limited shuttle service from the hotel to the airport at the conclusion of the program.  Departure times are as follows:
  • Thursday:  4:30 PM and 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
